So what exactly is 1:1 coaching?

 

First of all, the 1:1 means you get a coach's undivided attention every week, no generic one-size-fits-all food plans or canned check-in responses here. 

 

The fine print:

We don’t intend for our clients to be clients forever.

 

We want to teach you how to approach nutrition and health in a balanced and sustainable way. CCN is passionate about empowering people to feel in control of their health, not overwhelmed.

 

We share our knowledge, give guidance and cheer you on through every hurdle and obstacle.

How it works

#1 Fill out an application. We value your time, energy and money like it was our own. We’re not going to be the right fit for everybody. An application is not a commitment, it is an opportunity to talk about your goals and see if we’re the right fit for each other

#2 Onboarding. We have an extremely thorough questionnaire for you to fill out that tells us all about your current situation, challenges and goals. This helps us come up with a personalised plan made just for you! Choose between 4, 6 or 12 months commitment to yourself. There is a minimum requirement of 4 months as this is not a quick fix, this is learning food freedom for life. We recognise that sometimes it’s hard and scary to invest in yourself, so there's a saving of $20 p/month for those that sign up for 6 months and $40 p/month for those that sign up for 12 months! Diving in and committing to long-term change is where the real wins are made! 

 

#3 Getting organised. Once your details are all filled in, there is an introductory phone call, zoom or voice memo conversation to outline your plan and answer any questions you may have (your choice). 

 

#4 Check-ins. Every week you will enter your data and thoughts for the week. Best treated like a diary entry really! The more info we have the better we can help you figure out any hurdles or challenges that you’re dealing with. We talk about what's working, what isn’t and anything else going on that might be impacting your outcomes. Your feedback and support from your coach will change week to week based on what your check-in shows you need.

 

#5 Points to remember. This is a collaborative process. We provide 110% guidance, support and accountability. But we’re not mind-readers and we can only work with the openness you bring to the table. We love clients that are ready to own their journey (and their wins!).
